  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Items without tags or packaging

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process (Online Orders)

To return an item purchased online:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  4. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Process (In-Store Purchases)

For items purchased directly from our store:

  • You may visit the store within 7 days of purchase with the item and receipt.

  • Our team will inspect the item and process the return if it meets our return conditions.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for online payments will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for cash purchases in-store may be issued as store credit or cash, depending on store policy.

  • In the case of online delivery the delivery charge will be deducted.

6. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly provide:

  • A replacement, or

  • An exchange for another size or product, subject to availability.

Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the item.
